Grant Hurley

Grant is an Associate Attorney with the Trusts, Estates & Elder Law Department at Poole Brooke Plumlee. Prior to joining the firm, his practice focused on representing banks and mortgage lenders with title curative, litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings. The work was interesting and unique, but he wanted to focus on helping people local to his community, so he joined Poole Brooke Plumlee PC where his practice areas now include assisting clients with Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and litigation.

Grant earned his law degree from Regent University School of Law where he was a Senior Editor for the Journal of Global Justice and Public Policy and a Student Member of the James Kent Inn of Court. During school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge David Lannetti of the Norfolk Circuit Court.
