Todd D. Rothlisberger

Mr. Rothlisberger is an attorney in Poole Brooke Plumlee’s Business Department and is the Lead attorney in the Department’s Tax Division for the handling of Federal and State tax matters, tax audits, and tax investigations. He advises clients on asset protection, corporate and business formations, choice of entity and tax classification, business disputes, contract review and drafting. He represents debtor business entities and individuals before the Bankruptcy Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies. Mr. Rothlisberger is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the US Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.
