We counsel state & local governments regarding the wisdom of Public Private Partnership (PPP) proposals whether solicited or unsolicited and we prepare and interpret all legal documents associated with such ventures. We are available to enforce or defend rights created by Concession Agreements.

We also provide counsel to Private Partners seeking to work with State or Local Government for any PPP venture and prepare Interim or Comprehensive Agreements and assist in evaluation of liability and risk.

We are able to work on PPP ventures involving either the Public Private Transportation Act or the Public Private Education Act.
