Nicole Pasho

Ms. Pasho is an associate attorney with Poole Brooke Plumlee’s general civil litigation team, focusing her practice on land use and environmental law matters.

Nicole earned her law degree from William & Mary Law School in 2023. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor on the William & Mary Law Review, competed in nationwide negotiation and mediation competitions as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, and assisted in the legal representation of noncitizens in Hampton Roads as a student with the law school’s Immigration Clinic. Nicole developed significant skills in eminent domain, environmental law, and administrative law during law school while interning with the U.S. Department of Justice, Environmental and Natural Resources Division, Land Acquisition Section and the U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of the Solicitor, Division of Mineral Resources.
