We represent state and local government and public agencies with right of way acquisition for any transportation project including light rail, from initial offer through the need to file a petition in court and proceed to trial to acquire land and buildings; we also are able to assist public service companies with the acquisition of right of way for power lines, communication & television cable lines or pipelines.
We are experienced in property acquisition by public agencies such as Redevelopment and Housing Authorities, Port Agencies, School Boards and Virginia Department of Transportation through voluntary conveyance or condemnation proceedings.
